By subscribing to or purchasing from Rubic Management LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation — Cancel Anytime

We make it easy for you to manage your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with just one click by navigating to:

Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your subscription features until that date. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation is complete.

Please note: cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining time in your billing cycle, as all sales are final.

3. Subscription Software Platform

Rubic Management LLC operates as a subscription-based software platform.

Use of the software must remain compliant with any applicable federal and local laws, including those governing communications and consumer outreach. Rubic Management LLC is not liable for misuse of the platform.

4. Legal Acknowledgment

This policy forms a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Rubic Management LLC, and is subject to the company’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We recommend that you review this policy in full prior to subscribing to any of our services. Continued use of our platform signifies your acceptance of this policy.

5. No Guarantees or Liability for Results

Rubic Management LLC makes no guarantees regarding your business outcomes, lead generation, revenue, or success. We are not responsible for any lack of results, underutilization of the platform, or failure to achieve desired business growth. Success depends on numerous factors outside of our control, including user implementation, business model, and market conditions.
