Enterprise Program Policy

Eligibility Requirements:Applicants must demonstrate a clear alignment with the values and mission of Rubic Management LLC. A minimum budget threshold may apply to ensure adequate resources for custom solution development.

Application Review Process: Applications are evaluated based on organizational goals, operational needs, and resource readiness. The review process may include follow-up questions or a discovery call to gather additional information.

Acceptance Criteria: Selection is based on fit with program capabilities, capacity, and alignment with mutual success goals. Rubic Management LLC reserves the right to prioritize applicants that demonstrate the greatest potential for success within the program framework.

Right to Refuse Service: Rubic Management LLC retains the right to deny applications or terminate discussions at any stage without obligation, liability, or requirement to provide justification.

Grounds for denial include, but are not limited to: Mismatched project scope or requirements.Budgetary constraints or lack of financial readiness. Resource limitations or timeline misalignment.Inability to collaborate effectively or align vision/goals.

Program Termination: Clients accepted into the program may have their participation revoked if terms and agreements are violated, or if unforeseen circumstances prevent project continuation.

No Guarantees: While Rubic Management LLC strives to provide high-quality, tailored solutions, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed due to the custom nature of the program and external factors outside of our control.

Payment and Refunds: Payment terms, schedules, and policies will be detailed in the final agreement. Initial deposits or setup fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced.


Additional Protective Clauses

Force Majeure Clause: Rubic Management LLC shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or technical failures.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created as part of the Enterprise Program remains the property of Rubic Management LLC until full payment is received, unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement.

Mutual Cooperation: Clients must commit to providing necessary information, resources, and feedback within agreed timelines. Delays caused by client inaction may result in adjusted deadlines or additional costs.

By applying for the Enterprise Program, applicants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer and Policy.
