Rubic Management LLC – Sales Conduct & Authorized Representations Policy

This Sales Conduct & Authorized Representations Policy (“Policy”) governs all sales-related communications, representations, and conduct by any individual selling or promoting Rubic Management LLC’s (“Rubic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) products or services.
This Policy applies to employees, independent contractors, commission-based sales representatives, managers, executives, founders, and any person acting on Rubic’s behalf (collectively, “Sales Representatives”).
1. Purpose of This Policy
Rubic operates standardized, productized offerings governed by written policies, contracts, and sales materials.
This Policy exists to:
Prevent unauthorized promises or representations
Protect Rubic’s brand, legal position, and customers
Eliminate disputes based on verbal statements
Ensure consistency across all sales channels
Only authorized, written materials issued by Rubic control the scope, terms, and obligations of any sale.
2. Authorized Sales Materials Only
Sales Representatives may only sell Rubic offerings using:
Approved sales pages
Written proposals issued by Rubic
Official contracts and policies
Approved scripts and training materials
Sales Representatives may not modify, supplement, or contradict any written Rubic materials.
3. Prohibited Sales Representations
Sales Representatives are strictly prohibited from making any of the following statements, whether verbally, in writing, or via message:
3.1 Scope & Customization
Promising custom development, features, or deliverables
Representing Done-For-You services as fully customized
Suggesting additional work is “included” if not written
3.2 Pricing, Terms & Exceptions
Altering pricing or payment terms
Offering refunds, credits, or exceptions
Promising special treatment or side agreements
3.3 Results & Guarantees
Income, revenue, or performance claims
Guarantees of leads, conversions, ROI, or outcomes
Statements implying success is assured
3.4 Compliance & Risk
Claiming Rubic ensures legal, regulatory, or carrier compliance
Suggesting compliance responsibilities shift to Rubic
Minimizing legal or regulatory risk to close a sale
3.5 Authority & Binding Statements
Claiming authority to override policies or contracts
Representing verbal statements as binding
Suggesting internal approval will “fix it later”
4. No Reliance on Sales Statements (Customer Acknowledgment)
Customers acknowledge and agree that:
They are not relying on verbal sales statements
Only written agreements, policies, and sales pages govern their purchase
Unauthorized statements by Sales Representatives are null and void
This applies regardless of whether the statement was made intentionally or unintentionally.
5. Call Recording & Documentation
Sales calls may be recorded for:
Quality assurance
Training
Compliance
Dispute resolution
Written records, contracts, and recordings supersede any conflicting verbal statements.
6. Consequences for Policy Violations
Violations of this Policy may result in immediate enforcement action, including but not limited to:
Termination of sales privileges
Termination of employment or contract
Forfeiture or clawback of commissions
Removal from Done-For-You sales eligibility
Indemnification obligations if Rubic incurs loss
Rubic is not obligated to honor any deal closed in violation of this Policy.
7. No Binding Authority
Sales Representatives have no authority to:
Bind Rubic contractually
Modify written policies
Make exceptions outside written approval
Only Rubic’s written agreements and policies are enforceable.
8. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy operates in conjunction with:

Compliance & User Responsibility Policy
Service Suspension & Termination Policy
In the event of conflict, Rubic’s Terms & Conditions control.
9. Enforcement Discretion
Rubic reserves the right to:
Investigate sales conduct
Review call recordings and communications
Enforce this Policy at its sole discretion
Failure to enforce this Policy in one instance does not waive future enforcement.
