Rubic Management LLC – Done-For-You Services Policy

Last Updated: January 1st, 2024
Governing Law: State of Wyoming

This Done-For-You Services Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase and delivery of Rubic Management LLC’s (“Rubic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) full-service Done-For-You operating system build-out (“DFY Services”).

By purchasing DFY Services, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to this Policy in full.

1. Nature of the DFY Services

Rubic provides a productized, fixed-scope Done-For-You operating system designed to support the Client’s business operations.

Important Clarification:

DFY Services are tailored to the Client’s business type

DFY Services are not customized based on personal preferences, feature requests, or subjective desires

The scope is strictly limited to what is expressly listed on the DFY sales page and onboarding materials

This is a standardized operating system—not a custom development project.

2. Scope of Work

2.1 Fixed Scope

The DFY Services include only the systems, configurations, automations, and assets explicitly listed at the time of purchase.

Anything not listed is out of scope.

2.2 Revisions & Additional Requests

Any changes, revisions, additions, or requests outside the defined scope will be billed at:

$100 per hour, billed separately and payable before work begins.

Rubic is under no obligation to perform revisions or additional work unless payment is received.

3. Delivery Timeline

3.1 Standard Delivery

Rubic commits to completing the DFY build-out within 14 days or less, provided that:

Required client information is submitted on time

Access credentials and assets are supplied promptly

No delays are caused by the Client

3.2 Delay Protection Clause

If Rubic does not complete the DFY build-out within the 14-day period:

No further payments will be required until the build-out is completed

This does not entitle the Client to a refund

This does not invalidate completed work

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate business information

Supply required assets, access, and credentials

Respond to requests in a timely manner

Delays caused by the Client pause the delivery timeline. Rubic is not liable for delays resulting from missing, incomplete, or late client submissions.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Available Payment Options

Clients may select one of the following:

Pay in full

50% down payment with remaining 50% due within 14 days

Weekly payments over 3 weeks

Weekly payments over 4 weeks

5.2 Non-Payment & Suspension Rights

If full payment is not received:

Rubic may immediately pause or terminate the DFY Services

Rubic is not required to complete the build-out

Rubic may disable or revoke system access

Partial payments are non-refundable

The Client acknowledges that DFY Services require significant time, labor, and technical resources, and partial payments compensate Rubic for work already performed.

6. No Refund Policy

DFY Services are subject to Rubic’s Cancellation and Refund Policy, available at:
https://policies.rubicmanagement.com/cancel-and-refund-policy

Once DFY work has begun:

All sales are final

No refunds (partial or full) will be issued

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights are governed by Rubic’s Intellectual Property Policy, available at:
https://policies.rubicmanagement.com/intellectual-property

In summary:

Rubic retains ownership of its frameworks, templates, methodologies, and systems

Client rights are granted only upon full payment

No IP transfers occur if payment is incomplete

8. No Guarantee of Results

Rubic provides systems only, not business outcomes.

There are:

No guarantees of revenue

No guarantees of leads

No guarantees of conversions

No guarantees of business success

Use of the DFY system and results achieved are solely the Client’s responsibility.

This policy aligns with Rubic’s Non-Income Disclaimer, available at:
https://policies.rubicmanagement.com/nonincome-policy

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a material breach of this Policy.

Upon a chargeback:

Rubic may immediately suspend all services and access

Rubic may terminate the DFY engagement

Rubic will submit evidence of work performed to contest the dispute

Chargebacks do not override this Policy or Rubic’s no-refund stance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Rubic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Rubic is not responsible for lost profits, revenue, or opportunities

Rubic’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for DFY Services.

11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.
